Art Deco Fazant van kunstenaar Fontinelle

Het sierlijke van deze gecraqueleerde fazant wordt extra benadrukt door zijn kracht die hij uitstraalt. Deze keramische dierensculpturen waren heel populair in de jaren twintig en dertig, vooral exotische en snelle dieren werden uitgebeeld.

Het Art Deco ontwerp is van Fontinelle en duidelijk gesigneerd door de kunstenaar (zie foto). Er is een klein stukje van het topje van zijn staart van ongeveer 5 mm.
